Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Catherine Jeon from Guryoung Middle School in Seoul, the Republic of Korea. Thank you forwriting various informations. I want to say something about "Sea of Japan". Please read this e-mail with care.

The picture in this article spelled "Sea of Japan". The body of water lying between the Korean peninsula and Japanese archipelago is written incorrectly in the picture in the article. I hope you could understand the importance of historical bias and more accurate information about East Asia region. I wish the name "Sea of Japan" would be changed to "East Sea" or at least using both name like "East Sea(Sea of Japan)". (East Asia region would mostly like the name "East Sea" more.)

Additionally, like the writter wrote in, 'Naming dispute' part of the article is already handling about this problem. However, it is just giving us more question about the which name to use. Also, North Korea is wishing to use the name "East Sea of Korea". I want to talk about that even the writter wrote about this problem, the 2 pictures that he put in is spelling "East Sea" in a one united name which is "Sea of Japan".

As a fine source for the online information, I hope you will be able to make appropriate corrections on this article. I look forward to your cooperation and it would be most helpful if you give me reason when you decide to adhere to current naming practice.

With pleased mind,

Catherine Joen
