Even though this term might be more familiar with you, it has a huge historical flaw in its name. From the past, the area of the ocean was called as 'East Sea', or 'Dong hae' in a korean term. It has never, and it should not be called as the 'Sea of Japan'. Currently South Korea and Japan are having great controversies on the property of Dokdo(which Japan calls it Takeshima), and the name of 'East sea'; which is why spreading the correct term is extremely important.
I really do find many of your posts definitely interesting, and am looking forward to being an ardent user of Arts & Culture! Thank you for sparing your time for reading this.
